Why chant Om?

We exist in super systems. Our universe is a super system composed of many distinct parts: galaxies, stars, planets, moons, asteroids and comets, dark matter and dark energy and many more. That Universe System is aligned and works in harmony. We ourselves are an element in the Universe System, the Human System.

The human level system exists in the Marco Universe System. Humans have their own system parts: digestive system, immune system, nervous system, respiration system, etc.

Within each of those system there exists the Microverse System. The Micro System is nucleus, mitochondria, ribosomes, lysosomes, plamsa membranes, cytoskeleton, etc.

Each system exists within more systems on and on further than we can probably understand. The systems extend higher and lower than at our level. The question is how to align to all of these systems?

Om is the universal golden thread, the system baseline sound of all systems, that resonates and reverberates all systems into alignment – through sound. In the same way an army platoon will organize according to the sound coming from their commander, these systems align according to the sound of the Creator. The Creator’s sound, which is an attribute of his mind, is the sound we understand as ‘Om’.

This sacred sound is said to be the primordial vibration that gave rise to the universe, and its resonance can be felt throughout all levels of existence. Just as the threads of a tapestry are woven together to create a beautiful design, the vibrations of “om” connect all systems in the universe, from the smallest cells to the largest galaxies. Through the practice of chanting “om,” one can tap into this universal energy and experience a deeper sense of connection and harmony with all that exists.

If you are feeling out of alignment, then Meditate Outside, observe the system elements of our own solar system, the sun, the moon, the stars, as they swirl and move and dance in unison. Realize that same system dance is happening in your own body. Sit and close your eyes and vibrate ‘om’ 108 times. This takes about 30 minutes if done at a reasonable pace.

How do you feel? Your body and mind should be more relaxed and feel more centered.
